    Crossroads Guardianship Services, LLC  provides services to the King County community, providing Professional Guardianship, Case Management, and Mobile Notary Services. Our Mission is to secure an environment of advocacy, stability, and security while safeguarding the rights of our clients and their individual preferences.

     Guardianships are often referred when: 1) An individual no longer has the capacity to attend to their personal, medical or financial affairs, 2) The individual may not have assigned a Durable Power of Attorney, and 3) There may not be a legal next of kin available or willing to provide the assistance the incapacitated person requires.

 

    Crossroads Guardianship Services, LLC is certified by the State of Washington as a Professional Guardianship Agency #11373 and is covered by both professional liability insurance as well as the use of bonds.  Our Guardians are active in the healthcare industry working in both social work and nursing with over 45 years of combined experience in the medical field specializing in ElderCare.  Our Case Management and Notary Services are billed at an hourly rate and Guardianship fees are set by the Washington Superior Court.
